Crash Bandicoot NSane Trilogy Is Coming To PC, Nintendo Switch, & Xbox One This Year
Awww yes *punches air*.
PC, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One gamers, rejoice! Crash Bandicoot NSane Trilogy, currently just available on PS4, is coming to your platform soon!
The Nintendo Direct yesterday evening announced that NSane Trilogy would be coming to Switch in July. Activision then followed up this announcement to state that the game will be arriving on PC and Xbox One as well.
NSane Trilogy exceeded Activision's expectations last year when it was released on PS4, so it's not particularly surprising to hear that the game will become available on other platforms.
Last month NSane Trilogy was listed for PC and Nintendo Switch by a trade publication in Europe, and now we know that it's coming to Xbox One as well, so no one's left out! :)
It was also noted that in 2019 a new Crash Bandicoot game would emerge as part of Activision's "five year plan" for the franchise, which consists of the following:
- Remastered versions of Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, and Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped
- Updated graphics
- New lighting, animations, textures, models, and cinematics
- New recorded dialogue from original voice actors
- The ability to play as Coco, Crash's little sister
- Full analog stick support
- A unified save and checkpoint system
So, when can we get our grubby little paws on our preferred platform's version of NSane? We'll just have to wait until 10th July, but it'll be worth it!
Will you be grabbing a copy, and if so, which system will get the Trilogy treatment? Let us know below! Hmm, to get it on PC or Switch. Decisions, decisions.
