Stardew Valley To Receive Additional Content That'll Affect Both Single Player & Multiplayer
What's the boat for?
A while back we learnt that Stardew Valley will be receiving a multiplayer mode, which is meant to be in beta before the end of the year. We've had a small update to confirm that the new multiplayer content will add some new stuff to single player, so those of you who prefer to play alone won't miss out on new goodies.
I'm working on some new Stardew Valley content, to be released with the upcoming free multiplayer update. This will affect single-player, too! I'll share more when the release gets closer. Eric Barone (AKA ConcernedApe on Twitter) promised that the next update will affect the single player mode as well as its multiplayer counterpart, along with a lovely photo of a lone boat. It's not clear what this boat does, but perhaps we can get on it and go elsewhere? That would be awesome.
When asked if the update would come to all systems, Barone confirmed that it would, however the PC version would probably go through first.
What do you think the boat is for? Let us know your thoughts below!
