In these terms, "you" and "your" refer to the customer and "we", "us" and "our" refer to Gameseek.
A contract for the sale of product(s) you order from us is only created once we have emailed you confirmation that your order has been posted. Orders are subject to availability. Where you order multiple products and not all are in stock, we may send you the products available and send the remainder of your order as soon as stock comes in.
Please note we can refund orders that we think are high risk orders or may ask for proof of residence and your address before shipping your goods. We also are unable to accept payment from unverified paypal accounts. This is because we will not be protected by Paypals seller protection policy. Please verify your paypal account before ordering items from us when using Paypal as your payment method. Many thanks.
Discount Voucher Codes
Please note a discount code can only be used once per customer. GameSeek reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of abuse.
MegaPoints are only for personal and consumer use. It is not open for participation by any business or for any business transaction purpose and GameSeek hereby reserves the right to not issue (or cancel) reward points where it has a reasonable belief that a transaction is for a business purpose. Age Restricted Products
Any product with a BBFC (British Board of film Classification) rating will be clearly described as such on the product page for that item. For further information on BBFC ratings, see the Video Standards Council Website or the Ask About Games Website. Warning: It is an offence to attempt to buy a certificated title if you are under age or to attempt to purchase one on behalf of someone else who is under age.
Liability and Disclaimer

Customers have 28 days from the date of postage to let us know that an item has not arrived. We can not accept claims of missing post unless it is reported to us (and acknowledged by us) within 28 days.
