First Trailer For Attack On Titan 2 Arrives, Game Expected Early 2018
The titans are coming back.
Attack On Titan 2 was announced at gamescom 2017, and you bet I'm hyped. Did I mention Attack On Titan is one of my favourite animes? I still need to play the original, but as soon as I get my mitts on it, there will be outright destruction.
Although we don't know that much about the sequel, it seems logical for it to follow in the same gory footsteps as the original game, with all the titan-slaying action you could ever hope for, but this time with content based on the second series of the anime.
Omega Force, AOT's developer, has promised "an abundance of new gameplay mechanics", which could suggest more depth to the narrative and progression systems.
Logos on the Attack On Titan website suggest that it's coming to PC, PS3, PS4, Vita, and Xbox One like its predecessor, or maybe the site's simply not been updated. For the moment, we don't know as Koei Tecmo hasn't spoken up about platform details.
For those who have been lucky enough to play it already (I'm not jealous or anything...), how was the experience for you? Hopefully as awesome as the anime makes it look!
