Project Cars "simply too much for the Wii U," may come to Nintendo NX
Slightly Mad Studios struggle to make Project Cars a reality on Wii U.
It seems that Project Cars may be too much for the Wii U to handle, as the studio speaks out about the racer's ongoing development for the platform.
The studio have already admitted that the game is struggling to reach 30fps on the console, with the current build only putting out 23fps.
Now it looks like the development of Project Cars for Wii U may be scrapped all together, should the developer decide to hold out for Nintendo NX.
Speaking to Nintendo Life, studio head at Slightly Mad said "The official line is that we're awaiting an announcement from Nintendo on new hardware. As of now pCARS is simply too much for the Wii U."
