In these terms, "you" and "your" refer to the customer and "we",
"us" and "our" refer to Gameseek.
Order Acceptance
A contract for the sale of product(s) you order from us is only
created once we have emailed you confirmation of your order. Orders
are subject to availability. Where you order multiple products and
not all are in stock, we may send you the products available and
send the remainder of your order as soon as stock comes in. We will
not be legally bound by any factual or typographical errors on the
website or other promotional materials. We do reserve the right
to change our prices and promotions at any time.
Please note we can refund orders that we think are high risk orders
or may ask for proof of residence and your address before shipping
your goods. We also are unable to accept payment from unverified
paypal accounts. This is because we will not be protected by Paypals
seller protection policy. Please verify your paypal account before
ordering items from us when using Paypal as your payment method.

Price & Delivery
Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at
your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction.
We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once
they have been delivered to you.

employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising

comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages

indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit,

avoidance of doubt, we do not limit its liability for death or personal
injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of our negligence,
our affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives.
Force Majeure
We will not be held responsible for any failure to deliver goods
ordered by you or any delay in delivering goods ordered by you or
any damage to goods ordered by you, the cause of which is any event
or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements, warranties
and understandings between the parties and constitutes the entire
Agreement between them relating to its subject matter. Nothing said
or any representation made by any employee, including but not limited
to our telesales staff, should be understood as a variation of these
terms and conditions of the sale or as an authorised representation
about the goods provided. Our disclaimer of liability shall include
but not be limited to misleading and untrue representations but
shall not include fraudulent misrepresentations.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with
English law and you will submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts of England.
