Reviewed by: bob from shell island if you got it with your console or maybe even bought it dont worry, contact microsoft about it and they will help you with this matter and prob give you a new one Reviewed by: Debbie from London They are great until they go wrong! We are on our second in 6 months. They are just way too flimsy. I have taken them apart and the wires were poorly prepared and soldered badly. Even being really careful we are now off to buy our 3rd. Will be trying another brand. Reviewed by: wayne stevens from Barking, Essex ok for the time being comfortable headset but headphone is really quiet, even at full volume, wait a while there will be other better ones available soon enough. but its the best of the bunch so far
