Fitting snugly to the back of your console, the 4GB Hard Drive for the PSP gives you all the storage space you could ever need. It can hold four full-length movies for viewing on the move – at last, no more spreading your favourite films over several memory cards! If it’s music on the move you’re after, the PSP Hard Drive can hold over 1,000 songs, or you could cram it with thousands of digital photos – just the thing for showing off your holiday snaps. And you’ll never be short of space for game saves again…

As well as a high-quality, state-of-the-art hard drive, the Datel 4GB Hard Drive pack also contains an X2 rechargeable battery, boasting twice the power of a standard PSP battery for double the fun. You also get a PC software suite that allows you to convert and transfer video files to your PSP, and a USB 2.0 cable to connect your console to your computer.

Using your Hard Drive:
Your 4GB Hard Drive for PSP comes ready formatted, once connected you’re ready to go! Because the 4GB Hard Drive behaves just like a PSP Memory Stick™ you don’t need to follow any special steps to use your Hard Drive. Once connected, use your PSP’s navigation system to playback movies, music, images and games stored on your Hard Drive.

Speed of Hard Drive:
During technical analysis the Hard Micro Drive is comparable to the conventional Memory Stick. The 4GB Hard Drive for PSP works just like a PSP Memory Stick™ DUO, once connected you simply use it as you would a Memory Stick™.

Operating time:
The operating time of Hard Drive is doubled using the included Double capacity 3.6V 3600 MaH long life battery.

Connection / fitting to PSP:
The 4Gb Hard Drive fixes tightly and firmly into 2 holes at rear / back of PSP on Right by memory slot compartment. A very small cable connects from side of hard drive into memory slot. Once attached, the 4GB Hard Drive forms an ergonomic addition to your PSP, sitting comfortably in your hands especially when used in conjunction with the X-2 Battery. As such you should consider the Hard Drive to be a permanent attachment on your PSP, thus maximising the working life of the unit and ensuring that you always have your content with you.

Re-connection of Memory Stick:
To replace PSP original Memory Stick, detach Hard Drive cable from Memory slot and insert Memory Stick... It’s that easy.
