Reviewed by: Neil from Sheffield Awesome Everyone must have heard about GT4 by now so you’re either going to buy it, have already bought it or have decided that it’s just not for you. So I’ll just stick to the wheel here - and WOW. It’s incredible, so immersive and really does feel and act like a real steering wheel. As long as you’ve got a solid base to attach it to and a big enough TV then there really isn’t any excuse not to buy this and get lost in the game for the next year or so. The ATM or branch is just down the street. It hooks up in just a few minutes. You also need a reasonably sturdy table that is a comfortable hieght. The part about sturdy is no joke, There is a little sticker on the U.S. version that has a picture of a toddler holding the wheel inside a NO symbol just under the shift ****. using the wheel in the simulation and full feedback setting will make you perspire, happily this can be turned down in the GT4 and GT3 Settings option menu. Since I got my wheel 11-2-04, I have sold one to every racing enthusiast outside of my household who i have let play it. The main point of aproval seems to be the realism as it behaves as it should under every condition. It is Immersive and fun even when you are pushed by a faster car into a corner, the wheel communicates the rotation and when the tires find purchase again the resounding tug and vibration also are portrayed realistically. Is’nt that what you want in a control? It is what i wanted and what i got. I have used logitech mice for my P.C. for years and have never been disapointed and when i saw logitech had made a force-feedback steering wheel for the PS2 I was halfway to the sales-counter with one. So to sum up; Go Hungry,Take on a second job,Sell something,Borrow the money and get one of these like .....now! Thank You.
