The scenarios take place between June 1944 and May 1945 in the Western European theatre, mainly over Germany and France. Players can fly in 12 campaigns for the USAAF or Luftwaffe, focussing on single-engine fighters and fighter-bombers in short range tactical and close support operations. * Requires IL-2 Sturmovik: Forgotten Battles to run

Every new mission generated is based on 61 mission types and there are thousands of potential targets for each of the 12 campaigns - there are potentially over three million unique missions!
