This completely new design tool is ideal for proficient Computer Pilots. It comes with a special flight planner, moving map and GPS which have a range of unique features never used with Microsoft Flight Simulator before.!

FlightSim Commander 7 has a very complex flight planner for FS2004 with High and Low Altitude Routes, NAV to NAV Routes and Direct Routes. For the first time users can combine different types of route sections.

SIDs and STARs are also included as well as an automatic logbook and a monthly direct download and update of DAFIFF files (Route Data).

Features

More unique features in this program are included in the Moving Map which can display all surrounding aircraft, even AI aircraft, in the air and on the ground and will even display their departure and destination airports. The Moving Map shows all airspace and altitude restrictions as well as parking positions for easy identification of gates at Airports. You can zoom in and out of the map as needed, change map display color options, and filter out any ’unneccesary’ information you do not wish to display. You can hover the mouse over any navaid to pop up information and frequencies, or use the quick-measure feature to rapidly work out the distance and heading between any two points on the map.

Airport map windows will generate an airport layout schematic on demand, and you can print this out along with all airport comms and ILS frequencies. Additionally, you can also view and print out mock approach descent profiles for runways at any airport.

A separate GPS window displays waypoint, arrival, airport, route information and the arrival ILS with an automatic frequency transmission on the radio panel. The virtual pilot can call up the weather report in METAR format at any given time.

FlightSim Commander 7 is also compatible with WideFS!
