The finishing touch for the perfect driving position on a budget I’ve been wanting a set of these for a while, but held off because they were a bit pricey. But when Gameseek sent through a birthday voucher, I couldn’t resist any longer.
These are the perfect addition to the GameRacer Pro I’ve had for almost a year. Think car driving position instead of kart. The only downsides are the added weight, damage to the finish and steering wheel adjustment. The weight means I now have to dis***emble the unit to carry it into the other room for storage. Not a big deal though, it takes about a minute longer in total. One of the risers was marked on the outside, not a showstopper, but clearly this one missed QC. Also I have to crank the steering wheel adjustment right up into the top tube, but again that’s not a big deal either. The wheel (Driving Force Pro) still feels very secure.
I’m 6’ 2" and 16 stone and the seat feels just as solid as it was before - which is impressive. One thing which shows you the quality is the tensile strength of the bolts they supply. It is the same as I used to fit bucket seats into my real track day car. Nice touch GameRacer.
If you’ve bought the GameRacer Pro and think the seating position is good, but just isn’t quite right. Buy this. It is worth the full price.
