Bernard Rose directs this drama based on the novella by Leo Tolstoy. When wealthy Beverly Hills philanthropist Edgar (Danny Huston) meets pianist Abigail (Elisabeth Rohm) at a dinner party, their relationship quickly develops into a deep and passionate affair.
