A technical courier will be despatched the next business day with a loan notebook and swap over the hard drives so you can keep working while your laptop is being repaired. Service coverage – Your laptop will be returned to you as soon as it has been repaired and the loan unit collected at the same time – This service only covers the cost of service parts and labour required to restore the product to its full working order as well as the cost for providing a technician on–site to facilitate the loan unit – You are responsible for the due care and any damage to the loan unit – This service includes helpdesk support for hardware classified service requests. Geographic coverage – The NBD Up and Running Service is available for next business day service in the UK mainland only, with the UK highlands being second business day service.
