David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson reprise their roles as Agents Mulder and Scully in director Chris Carter's cut of this supernatural thriller. The film begins with the mysterious disappearance of a group of women in Virginia. The FBI calls Mulder and Scully back to duty to investigate and they are led to a priest, Father Joseph Crissman (Billy Connolly), who is having strange visions.
