Background in Video Games: 3 words - ZX Spectrum 48K given to me by my dad many years ago now. I can still hear the screeching of the tape as it loads for half the afternoon! Game i have been playing as late: The Last of us - need i say more! But before that i hadnt had much time for gaming although i have spent a bit of time with battlefield 3 and have been fan of the Resistance franchise since the first incarnation when it was one of the PS3 launch titles ...... If i had more time to play games then you would see the usual suspects listed here.... but having 2 year old twins makes this a tricky prospect!! | Timothy Hough | Warehouse Manager | @intoxicles Personal style: Love spending time relaxing in the sun and swimming in the pool by the sea but that happens once a year so will have to make do with my everday things, so the weekend trip to a pub or a nice restaurant, love tinkering around with bits in my shed or messing around with cars oh and a spot of online pc gaming. Background in Video Games: My dad bought me a Commodore c64 and our nights from them moments on he would allow me up way past my bedroom to copy code onto the old blue screen to program some pretty amazing stuff back then such as “hello world” and from then on I pretty much was treated to every new console bar the Nintendo range as Mario did not interest, the Amiga 500 came which was my step on to the good platform of computing and now I rock out with a lovely PC in which i do all my fragging with whilst my xbox and ps3 do nothing but heat the room. Who I admire: Sting & Queen grew up with there music constantly and i play them constantly. Game i have been playing as late: Battlefield 3, Guildwars2, Team Fortress 2. Best Console Ever: Playstation 1 only for the reason being its when i started buying games out of my own money i started to appreciate playing games more and this was the console it happened on. Best Console Game Ever: Asterix on the Sega Master System, many memories spent with my parents taking it in turns to complete each level. Best Arcade Game Ever: Its got to be Street Fighter 2. My claim to fame: Not exactly a claim to fame but I nearly made it onto You Bet the tv series from the late 80’s for the challenge of naming road traffic signs at the tender age of 4. Best way to spend a weekend: Enjoying what the country has to offer such as the sights followed by a pint and an ice-cream. | |

Background in Video Games: I got my first thrill of gaming when a teacher brought a Sinclair ZX81 into school and let us play Mazogs if we finished all of our work. I’ve been gaming since games were black & white and weighed it at less than 1K in size. I’m a gamer. It’s in my blood. Who I admire: King Alfred the Great. Anyone who picks themselves up again after a fall. Game i have been playing as late: Battlefield 3. There are other games? OK then, X3 Terran Conflict, Total War Shogun 2 and Battlefield 3. I know I mentioned Battlefield 3 twice, but I thought it was worth mentioning again. Best Console Ever: I’m a PC gamer, however I will always have fond memories of the Atari 2600 and the Intellivision. Best Console Game Ever: You know I don’t use consoles!?!? What about GTAIV. That’ll do. Best Arcade Game Ever: Battlezone. When I first entered the local swimming baths and saw this 3D wireframe monster, it excited me in a way no other arcade ever has...although the Virtua series came close. My claim to fame: Ever see the Photoshoped pic of Rooney holding Ronaldo’s decapitated head? It made it into the newspapers. I did the original. I’ve seen a few people copy it since...but that was me. Best way to spend a weekend: Soaking up the sun by a river playing my guitar. Fun Fact: I once, unofficially, broke the world record for eating cream crackers. | |

Loads of other I cant remember the name of! Who i admire: JK Rowling – not for the harry potter books but being left with very little on her own and aspiring to who she is now.
