GameSeek Giveaway FAQ

• Entering a GameSeek Giveaway couldn't be easier. To be in with a chance at winning a prize simply 'like' our Facebook page, comment on the competition you want to enter and hit the share button to tell your friends.

When do giveaways end?

• Closing dates for giveaways are specified on the Facebook post, but usually run anywhere between 1 day and 1 week.

How do you choose the winners?

• Winners are chosen at random from those that have liked our page, commented on the post and shared it.

How do I find out if I've won?

• We will contact you via Facebook personal message if you've been lucky enough to win a GameSeek Giveaway. These messages usually appear in the "other" folder of your inbox, so keep an eye out for it!

How long do I have to claim my prize?

• You have 1 week to get back in touch with us to let us know you want the prize - we may need to find a new home for the prize if we don't hear from you.

Why don't you announce the winners on Facebook?

• We find that winners sometimes feel uncomfortable when we post their names onto our Facebook page. We do encourage winners to post on the page themselves to say they've been successful, but it isn't mandatory.

Can I request a GameSeek Giveaway?

• Yes! We'd love to hear what competition you'd like us to run next - feel free to post your thoughts and ideas to us via Facebook and Twitter.
