Playstation 2 (PS2) Racing Games

Racing video games, sometimes categorised as a sub-genre in the broader sports games genre, are in either the first or third-person perspective, and centre around competitive racing with any type of land, sea, or air vehicles.They can be based on anything from real-world racing leagues to entirely fictional settings and situations. They are usually single-player, although with the increase in online gaming, multiplayer races have become a bigger part of racing games. They can range from hardcore, hyper-realistic simulations to old-school arcade type racing games. Popular racing games include the Need for Speed franchise, Fast and Furious and The Crew.
